Scott Ross

The Ross Family

Scott is many things: Entrepreneur, Leader, Speaker, Trainer, Motivator, Writer, and Coach. But above all, he is a follower of Jesus Christ and a husband and father. Nothing means more to Scott than his service to the Lord and the leadership of his family.

Scott is a Certified John Maxwell speaker and coach, and speaks around the country on the topics of Biblical Entrepreneurship, Biblical Leadership, Multi-Generational Vision, Discipleship, Marriage, and Reformation of the Church.  Scott has consulted some of the top companies in the world including Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Best Buy, Coca-Cola, DHL, NYSE, i2 Technologies, and many others on the optimization of their business.  Scott provides leadership and life coaching to a wide range of men from pastors to executives to men who desire to be better fathers and husbands.

Scott had a very unique childhood. He was born in east Texas but his father moved his family 13 times before Scott turned 18. When Scott graduated from high school, it was his belief that every patriot should be willing to serve his country. “If everyone expects someone else to do it, no one will do it.” This type of thinking has become central to Scott’s life. Scott began his career in the US Army spending 4 years in the service of his country. He learned the unlimited potential of the human will to overcome any obstacle. He learned leadership and team-building skills that serve in every area of his life.

Near the end of his military service, he met the love of his life, his soul-mate and best friend Sheila. They have been married for 17 wonderful years. The Lord has blessed the Ross family with three incredible children: Austin, Addison, & Tyler.

After the Army, Scott & Sheila relocated to the Dallas, TX area where he began a career in the technology industry. Scott had tremendous success in the industry, serving in a variety of leadership capacities, but after 15 years began to realize that his vision of leading thousands of men in a move to revive and reform the church through restoring the biblical model of the family could not be realized from a desk inside corporate America.

Scott is now focused full time on calling, training, coaching, and equipping men to be all that God has called them to be. This includes creating a multi-generational vision for the family and establishing a foundation of Biblical entrepreneurship that serves as a cornerstone for the family legacy.
